The communication with the seller is very poor and takes long time to answers generic responses. The product is cheap and the packaging even cheaper. The screw does not even fit the ornament. Also, the pole does not have any way to attach a flag to it, you must order these items appart and that's a very bad thing considering the pole is already too costly for what it is... If I could give 0 stars, I would...
