Universal Adjustable Angle Grinder Wrench Pin Spanner Locknut Wrench for Backing Pads on Angle Grinder and Round Nuts with Drilled Holes

This tool is very simple and easy to use. I bought an angle grinder used which was on Marketplace. Brand is Northern Technology, I believe it was a Harbor Freight item some time ago. It didn't come with a spanner wrench so I found this on Amazon. For 7 bucks it was worth a shot. Tried it today and it works perfectly. There was an old grinding wheel on this grinder and I was wondering if I would have trouble getting it off... but it was quite easy. The tool seems on the heavy duty side and long enough to get some good leverage. The pins were not exactly the same size as needed for the grinder and were slightly smaller, but sturdy enough to get the nut off no problem. I like the fact that it is easily adjustable and should be useful for different size nuts. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and recommend to anyone needing a spanner wrench.

I bought these for the intended purpose, then while replacing the chain after a sprocket replacement, I need to rotate the chain adjusters and I thought this face pin spanner would work better than a hammer and screwdriver. It worked great! So I bought another set to put into my Yamaha TW200 tool set!

I like the strength of this lock nut tool. Length also puts you out past the danger zone on a 4.5 inch blade. My only complaint is a notched or locking screw would have been nice. Same lock nut all the time so it is easily pushed/bumped out of alignment. Easy to adjust so my complaint is a minor one.

My Dewalt DCG412 angle grinder did not come with a proper wrench but only a cheap, bendable allen key. So this solid, adjustable wrench works well.

Great to have a backup to change the discs on my angle grinder, and this helps with that. The one I got had a pretty significant cosmetic gouge in it, suggesting poor quality control. Your mileage may vary on this one. I don't need it to be pretty, but just be aware.

This wrench feels quite solid. There is a good deal of friction between the two arms of this wrench, so, once set to a certain opening, the arms would stay put. The wrench looks and feels like a well made product. Would recommend.

This is a terrible product, finish is very cheap and all the edges are roughly cut (so rough that there is a risk of cutting yourself). I requested a refund which they granted but at the buyers cost for the return. Since it is a made in China product, it would cost more to send it back then what it is worth. Buyer beware.
