I've used this headstrap for over a year now. My only complaint is the hinge randomly snapped last week granted I used my vr headset for 2-3 hours everyday. Great battery life, very comfy. I went back to thr stock headband and went HECK NA. Great item, would recommend

We were outside of Amazon's return/exchange window but the seller is so committed to customer satisfaction that they went above and beyond to assure our happiness. And the new unit is working wonderfully! Original review: When we first got this strap and extended battery it was great but it began to last less and less time between charges. Now, a week outside of the return/exchange window, it will hardly charge. It's been plugged in for over 5 hours and it's only at 22%, and it was already at 17% when it was plugged in, so in 5 + hours it's charged 5%. Just placed an order for another one (a different brand) in hopes it will last longer than 3 months. Other than the not charging issue it was great. My kid was able to use it and adjust it herself and since it is adjustable she was able to play without feeling like it was falling off of her head.
