Cheap and get the job done Reset the codes on my kangoo

Saw some errors about AdBlue on my Citroen Grand C4 Picasso 2017 onwards version. I have managed to use this scanner to see some error codes and managed to cleared the code with a few attempts to stop the mileage countdown to get to 0miles left before the car won't start, then sorted out the issue. However when there's an ABS / Hill start / Parking Brake / ESP/ASR system issue, this scanner read nothing. I think if you have exhaust related issue it works for the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso / spacetourer, but won't work for anything bigger. For the price I paid for this I could have got a bluetooth one that I've seen better reviews on, so there may be better products out there for the same price range.

I must say, I am quite disappointed with the Elite Edition OBD2 code reader. While it claims to have practical multi-functions, I found its performance to be subpar and lacking in several aspects. Firstly, the built-in OBD2 DTC lookup library was not as helpful as expected. It often struggled to accurately determine the cause of the engine light, leading to incorrect readings and confusion. Additionally, the code reading and erasing functionalities were unreliable, causing frustration during diagnostic attempts. Despite the claim of wide capability, the OBD2 code reader had limited compatibility. It failed to support several newer OBD II & CAN domestic or import vehicles, rendering it practically useless for a significant portion of modern car owners. The display screen, while clear, was disappointingly small with a resolution of only 128 x 64 pixels. This made it difficult to read the information displayed, especially in bright lighting conditions. Moreover, the lack of a built-in battery or charger was inconvenient. Relying solely on the power from the vehicle's OBDII Data Link Connector meant that the reader was only usable when the engine was running, restricting its usability for diagnostic purposes. Lastly, the scanner's self-diagnosis of emission status and other important information proved to be inaccurate. It provided unreliable smog check results and trip cycle procedures, leading to further doubts about its overall effectiveness. In conclusion, the Elite Edition OBD2 code reader fell short of expectations. Its inconsistent performance, limited compatibility, and inconvenience of use make it a less-than-ideal choice for anyone seeking a reliable and comprehensive vehicle code reader.
