A must buy for diagnostics
Works like a charm with Forscan software. Easy to use, plug into obd, plug into laptop. There's a lot of videos on YouTube that help as well. Definitely worth it.

Didn't work for me
Downloaded the Forscan program, got a license for it and plugged the tool in. Forscan did not recognize any device plugged in. I thought I might have a defective unit so I returned it for another one. The second unit didn't work either. I had a previous program with a different unit which worked fine so I don't blame my computer.

Works for 2026 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid AWD
Worked just fine for my 2026 Maverick. Was able to get into it with ForScan. Documentation is really light right now as far as what you can do in ForScan if you're not up to experimenting/researching. But it definitely works and this isn't the product's fault.

Works as expected
I installed FORSCAN on an older laptop as I wanted to be able to read/change a few things in my Ford's ECU. This cable worked as expected with no issues at all. I am very pleased with it.

Does the job
I bought this for occasional personal use and for that it works perfectly. It does have the MS/HS switch and if I had know what I was doing I would have bought one that didn't have the switch. Other than that it works just fine, I can easily use the switch given the number of times I will put it to use.

Used on a Tiger 800XRX to remove service reminder code. Fit perfect and tigertool recognition was spot on
