I have seen this prescribed, off label, to help with impulsively and craving. I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve lost 9 pounds in three months! I’m not eating sugar. I don’t have to think about it. It’s not stressful. I just don’t really want it and when I do eat sweet stuff I don’t binge on it. I don’t drink much anyway but when offered a margarita at lunch last week, I just didn’t want it. I didn’t want to be altered and I didn’t want the day time hangover that would have come with that. I love margaritas! I don’t think I’ve ever turned one down. I just didn’t want it. Pro’s, for me it has reduced cravings. I’m not interested in alcohol at all and I’ve lost weight without trying. I don’t burp it up later and this brand has b vitamins, I get a little energy boost. I can take it in the morning on an empty stomach and I have had to negative side effects. The capsules are easy for me to swallow. They don’t get hung in my throat like some others have. Con’s, it does smell. This brand doesn’t smell as strongly as other brands I’ve encountered. The benefits have been so good for me that the smell doesn’t bother me anymore. I like the effects of this supplement. I will continue to take it. My waistline and blood sugar are both better for having tried it. Without going into a major nutritional dissertation here... I consider this to be the most important supplement I take! (& I take MANY & have for decades) It boosts the bodies Glutathione production & the other nutrients included in this formulation are complementary! I haven't had as much as a cold in years!
