Easy to use, works great, feels really nice in the hand - solid and well made. We've used it for creme brulee (because you know, that's the law) and it worked perfectly. I bought this two pack (along with a two pack of fuel) and gave one with a set of ramekins to my (adult) daughter for Christmas. And of course I gave myself the other one. I see myself buying a lot more eggs and heavy cream in the future... The only thing I didn't love is that it has a switch you can flip so that you don't have to keep squeezing the trigger. But squeezing it is hardly difficult and if I somehow drop it, I want it to be off before it hits the floor. Maybe for some this is a useful feature (like for restaurant use), but to me it's a potential hazard.

9/3/25 Update: It is STILL working like a champ! I'm going to buy another! STOP RIGHT HERE...YOU FOUND A QUALITY TORCH! 12/30/24 Update: Over 1 year old and STILL WORKS! I've had bad luck with others, but I'm amazed it's still going strong! Bought on 10/23! Upgraded to 5 stars despite its drawbacks. Excellent quality. Does what it should do, and very quickly. A few things to be aware of: 1. It is much smaller than I anticipated, but that's ok. It's about .5lb, and appears to be well made in terms of craftsmanship. Does not get overly warm during extended burn times. Quiet operation, no noisy clicks for ignition. 2. It's not a precision sharp flame like you'd get from a gas station torch. The flame is big in diameter; not good for precision welding, crafts and such. Also, the conversion switch from torch to "soft" flame isn't what I expected. You won't get a yellow flame in this setting. 3. Very tricky to fill. NO fuel window! Maybe I haven't found the right nozzle to use, but a little less than half the fluid is wasted going in. Otherwise, it's fine for what I needed it for and the price was right. Although I give it 4 stars, I probably would NOT buy it again if I needed an additional one because of what I pointed out. Needs a bit of re-engineering.

I wanted a reusable lighter that will last me a long time instead of disposable lighters and I think this will be great. It has some weight to it which makes it at least feel like a quality product and the lighter has worked great so far on each mode. The flame is quite strong and long so that I don’t have to stick my hand all the way up into whatever I am lighting. I’ve used it a few dozen times to light my charcoal grill starter bricks and my wood fireplace. It lights up small sticks quickly and from a good distance so you don’t have to be worried about getting burnt. Great product so far. The trigger makes it easy to use and filling it with butane is easy with the included nozzles. If you have difficulties operating disposable lighters, this would be a great option.

Tricky to fill up, but I guess that’s all butane torches. Works very well, has a lock feature and two different flame controls. Just wish it lasted longer between refills (or maybe I’m just having trouble filling it up as I mentioned)

Received a replacement and it works perfectly. Thank you!!! I like the look, feel and size. But no matter how long I try and pump butane into this it will only stay lit for a few seconds. Then will not reignite until I try adding more butane, so something is not working correctly. Very disappointing. I wanted to reach out to the seller before living a bad review, but could not navigate around the Amazon chatbot. If someone wants to reach out and tell me what I am doing wrong and the product works like it should, I am happy to write an update. I have a much cheaper one of these that cost $10 called Legendary Chief and it works great. Just hate the color, lol.

I’ve been on the hunt for a small torch to clean up fine stringing on my 3D prints, and this one is a total game-changer. What I love most is that it shuts off as soon as you release the trigger—so much safer and easier to use compared to my old cheap Harbor Freight torch. That one technically still works, but I never felt comfortable using it because you need two hands to turn it off. This new torch, though? Solid build, high-quality feel, and super simple: press the trigger, zap the stringing, let go, and you’re done. If you’re into 3D printing (or just need a reliable torch for other projects), I’d say this is absolutely worth it!

Worked perfect, I really like the dual flames. Makes it more versatile.

I want to love this. Comes in a nice box and feels high-end. Problem is no butane can works with it - with any of the included adapters. I even purchased a larger set of adapters but none work with this. I even bought one from the same brand - still won’t fill. Not a problem with any of my other torches. Bummer.

Fire is good, but difficult to control due to the very short lever. it is 0-100 in about 4mm sliding. The filling valve is messy. Gas flows all over my hands even when filling using the adapter supplied. Other than that. good quality build, feels safe using it.

Great torch for the kitchen for searing. Amazing stuff
