This NanaCare bundle is high quality and very practical. The tape is soft on the skin but has a surprisingly strong hold, even in the shower. It’s very easy to use for securing the included gauze pads over minor wounds. It’s a relatively cheap investment for 6 full rolls, ensuring we’re stocked up for a long time. The fact that it’s latex-free is a huge plus for our family. Highly recommended for any home or travel first aid kit!

Cheap and multifunctional. Handy small rolls to leave in first aid kits, drawers. As well as securing wound dressings use it for hanging notices, labelling, bindings, strappings etc. Tearable so you don’t need scissors.

Review: NanaCare Microporous Surgical Tape 1.25cm x 10m (Set of 6 Rolls with Gauze Pads) I purchased this set primarily for the surgical tape, as I use it behind my ears when wearing face masks for long hours in a healthcare setting. Out of all the options I have tried, including those available at my job, I find this tape to be the most reliable and comfortable. The tape is very easy to apply, stays securely in place until you are ready to remove it, and then comes off gently without causing irritation- something I truly appreciate given how often I use it. It feels comfortable and unobtrusive while doing exactly what it’s meant to do. It is not micro thin but is not overly thick, either. It truly is just right with all of these factors. For just over €6, the set offers decent value. I do think it would be a solid 5-star product if the price were slightly lower or if the set included a couple more rolls at the same cost. That said, it’s still a fair deal, especially considering the quality. The included gauze pads were a nice bonus. While I didn’t purchase the set specifically for them and I didn't have a burning need for them, they are well-wrapped, good quality, and now have a spot in our first aid kit so nothing goes to waste. Packaging was solid, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, this is a high-quality product I would gladly buy again, particularly if I were to catch it at a slightly better price point.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Reasonably priced at time of purchase at just under £1 a roll. There was 6 in the pack. It’s far from the most adhesive available but perfect for what was needed on delicate and fragile skin where small dressings were changed everyday. The tape can be easily removed without causing further damage to skin but the adhesion probably isn’t going to last longer than a day or two. However that is all I could use this tape for. I think stronger dressings or severe wounds that require longer lasting and stronger adhesion are really not going to benefit from this and skin must be extremely dry before application. So there are probably better out there but for small wounds if skin is extremely fragile this may be worth trying.

I've been using these type of products for about 25 years. I use medical tape very regularly. This make is entirely adequate for most applications. Strength of the tape and quality of the glue is all good. Happy to recommend.

Replacement for my first aid kit. So handy if no safety pins are present. The stickiness is great. Used the tape to keep eye shield in place at night didn’t move. Used it to keep shield in place whilst having a shower, again didn’t let me down. The tape is strong and takes bit of energy to tear best to use scissors.

After getting treated at the hospital for an open fracture and deep lacerations on my thumb, I knew I would have to keep it constantly sterilized and wrapped for several weeks. I stopped at CVS on the way home and couldn’t believe how much they were asking for a single roll of paper tape. I pulled out my phone right there in the aisle and found this 6-pack for the same price as that single roll. The reviews looked good and they shipped overnight so I ordered them. It’s paper tape - like any other I’ve ever used. It did its job and I have 3 rolls left (hopefully I won’t need them, but it’s good to be prepared). Don’t waste your money in a pharmacy. This stuff worked great.
