used one of 6 so far. Looks to be well engineered. Installed in a germ guardian where the original bulb died. This replacement is as bright, if not brighter. Size was perfect. Thanks to good design, it’s literally as easy as changing a bulb. ;-) Packaging had each bulb in a cardboard box, six boxes inside a plastic bag, inside a padded envelope. Bulbs were intact on arrival. Recommend.

So far these work great in my little barbershop towel warmer. Been going now for a few months and no complaints! I'm glad to have so many extra on hand.

I bought this pack to replace the dead UV bulb in my Honeywell HCM-350 humidifier. The bulbs fit properly and work. But 1 of the 6 arrived with a broken filament. In the photo, the left shows the broken filament while the bulb in the right is normal.

These work so far. I thought for a moment they were duds when I first put the bulb in, but after going back in I realized the bulb just wasnt fully put in all the way. Once I finally had the bulb fully screwed in, I plugged it back in and the ring of light was blue again. Hoping these hold up as long as the actual Germ Guardian bulbs.

Six UV-C bulbs for what I expected to pay for one! These should fit the AC151 Air Purifier perfectly!

I purchased the six-pack for my Germ Guardian GG1100W, hoping to save on the unit price, considering that the manufacturer appeared to supply commodity 10V, 3W lamps. The original lamp had burned out but still illuminated slightly, so I knew the GG1100W worked, and after about a year in service, it was past time to replace the lamp. Upon receiving the six Qualirey lamps, I attempted to install one in the GG1100W and powered on the GG1100W and nothing happened. This initiated about an hour of troubleshooting the GG1100W and the lamps. Despite testing for continuity, none of the lamps illuminated, even when using a battery, to control for the possibility that the GG1100W was malfunctioning. Oddly, the burned-out lamp glowed slightly when powered. Having read reviews indicating a high failure rate, I initiated a return and ordered a Germ Guardian replacement lamp at a much higher price. When the Germ Guardian lamp arrived, I immediately installed it and went to reassemble the GG1100W. In the process, I discovered a kill switch preventing the device from operating without its top. Since I have been testing the lamps without fully reassembling the device, I decided to retest the Qualirey lamps. This time, four of the six produced violet light as expected while illuminated orange like the original lamp did as it was dying. A one-third failure rate is unacceptable, so I am still going to return the Qualirey lamps and avoid this brand in the future. I am giving a two-star review because much of the hassle this product caused is a result of the design of the GG1000W, which seems intended to frustrate the replacement of the lamp so one would replace the whole device every six to eight months.
