I was seeking a replacement for a previous desk lamp that I had used since the 80’s (similar style but with a fluorescent bulb) that had always been a trusty steed, but the arm to the base broke and couldn’t be repaired strongly enough. So I required something similar, that allowed plenty of adjustment options and decided to give this lamp a try. I was a bit dubious how good a Chinese version would do regarding quality and sturdiness, and whether it would be bright enough (I do a lot of electronic repair work).Pleased to say that it is very well made and very sturdy. Not at all cheap and flimsy. Set it up and clamped it to the desk. Operating from a 5V USB means various options for power which is useful.The power control is simple to operate, with on/off button, brightness adjustment and colour adjustment. I don’t care for cold white LED lighting, so I scroll past that and use the warm white setting which is perfect and thankfully, brightness at full setting is nice and bright for intricate working.Adjustability is really good, meaning you can set it to a working height/angle and easily move it out of the way if required and easily put it back again when required.I have used it now for a few weeks and it gets top marks from me and for the low price, it’s well worth buying 👍

great lamp, moves around easily with thumb screws to tighten it up if needed, sits nice and tall when wanted, but easy enough to reposition. good little work light, or floodlight for the desk. the different warmth options are a nice bonus and the brightness goes from a soft glow to a decent floodlight.

Sturdy but it is abit noisy like the springs etc when you re adjust it and it could do with a ribber piece on the clamp to not mark your desk too. The good features are the options to dim/brighten the light and change it's colour to a more warmer setting or daytime setting so that's a plus on my part it's worth the money and does function as it should

At the top of the lamp it Brocken and then had improved to fix it but it high quality material the power button does light up when off so if near your bed it get bright it not bad but it sometimes the top need tightened

The lamp looks brilliant on my son's desk, and because it clamps to the desk without a base it saves space too. The lamp also has different setting depending on how bright you want the light. I would definitely recommend!

Be careful where you plug it in, but other than that it is amazing! Does as described by dimming, changing colours etc. A great product!.
