I bought this back in December as Christmas gift for my teen, it shipped quickly and I was excited it would be here before the proposed date however it never arrived even though it said delivered, this company has Top tier customer service skills, they sent another that arrived within days of my message. It is currently March 15th, this fridge/freezer combo is just as great as it looks, I think it's better than my kitchen fridge. The ice cream stays frozen, the drinks stay cool everything it's supposed to do it does. I'm convinced I need to buy a new fridge for my kitchen after seeing how this one performs, there's no leakage. The size is perfect my son has it in his room, which is why I am not attaching photos.

My first one did arrive defective right out of the box. However, I understand that sometimes with mass manufacturing a unit could be defective here and there. The customer service immediately sent me a replacement and it arrived very quickly, no extra charge AND they let me keep the broken one! The customer service person I spoke with was very kind and professional, very attentive to the case, and took amazing care of me! The design of this fridge is great for a bachelor or a young couple with no kids. The freezer is huge for a 3.2! You could adequately store roughly 10 to 15 individually packaged pounds of meat in there! A half gallon of milk fits right in the door pocket & you can store 8 cans in the can slot if you drink soda or beer. Plus there's an additional shelf above those spaces where you could fit cheese and butter! You can easily store 2 weeks worth of meal prep in here, even if storing food for 2 weeks is frowned upon lol. It cools quickly and efficiently, and is very quiet too! I just got this it’s cute no problems yet. I kept seeing on other reviews how it wobbles all you have to do is tighten it at the bottom of the fridge. The plastic wrap was very easy to take it off, if you can’t take it off at the top you just need to unscrew the screws. I think this product needs a better manual I was kinda lost at the bottom where you plug it in the cord was very weird. I do like how you can put magnets on the fridge very cool. The freezer gets super cold love it but the bottom half not so much. Also confused on how it said turn the fridge off if not using? I thought that was the point of the fridge to keep it running? Confused on that ? The fridge is very quiet it does make noise but it’s not disruptive. It’s has a decent amount of storage the bottom half is pretty small. Overall it’s a nice fridge.

I ordered this mini fridge online for my granddaughter for Christmas. The only thing that she really wanted. When plugged in, the refrigerator made a loud rattling noise. It would not cool or freeze no matter what we tried. And eventually stopped working altogether. I had a very unhappy granddaughter. I messaged the seller about the problem with the fridge, very distraught at how I was supposed to send this large thing back, but the seller instantly messaged me back. They gave me tips on what to try to get the refrigerator working. Then told me not to worry about sending it back, they already had a new replacement on the way. The new refrigerator worked perfect. Very quiet running, with an ice tray which she loves. The product itself is wonderful and if I could give the seller an extra 5 stars for customers service I would. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely order from this company again.

The freezer is nice, lots of space (will fit a full frozen pizza), and keeps things frozen. The fridge was a crap shoot, and was so difficult to find the sweet spot that would keep everything cold but not too cold. Some of my food had ice crystals on it from being too cold, while other items felt just barely cool and I had to throw them away out of fear of spoilage. But all that is moot when the thing doesn't even work any longer. I suffered a power outage and when I got everything turned back on, this thing did not want to cooperate. I know it has power because 1: everything else I plug into that outlet works, and 2: the light inside the fridge comes on when I open the door, but the motor itself isn't running and nothing is cooling or freezing. I put all my food into a cooler while I was waiting for the power to come back on, and I ended up having to dump an entire fridge and freezer's worth of food when the fridge didn't come back on and I had nowhere to store all my perishables. For the money I spent, and for the brand of this product, I did not expect such poor quality. I only had the thing for 7 months and it's dead. And of course I'm past the point of getting a refund. What a waste of money.

Been using it for almost a year now and to be honest it control the temperature really well. it looks amazing, also the storage capacity is awesome, it has 2 compartment one is the freezer.. it came with no dents at all and this it does not weight much.. i can fit it in most places.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I was surprised at just how big the freezer portion was. I purchased this for my office space and it works great for that space.
