This is the remote-controlled car that appears to defy gravity by climbing walls, scaling windows, and adhering to ceilings. Powered by a vacuum housed in its undercarriage that creates powerful suction-a concept developed by the U.S. military to maneuver reconnaissance cameras up walls-the car drives forward/backward and left/right on vertical surfaces from up to 30' away using the infrared remote control. When circumnavigating picture frames has been mastered, a switch on the car turns off the vacuum for normal driving on tables and floors.
