Comet Plus Hobby and Sewing Table with Storage Drawer + Shelves - Can Also Be Used as Computer Desk

I really love this table! The instructions for assembly were clear. All parts were in the box, packed well, and undamaged. I recommend to follow the instructions and not fully tighten bolts until instructed to do so. All the holes matched up perfectly. I do not sew super fast, but not super slow either, and I did not have any shaking or rattling issues with the adjustable part of the table. The table is sturdy and level (on carpeting). I love being able to lower the machine to a comfortable height. I have a basic brother quilting machine and it fits well. I would recommend this for a nice looking and sturdy sewing table at an affordable price.

Hubby put this together and said, I'm not a fan of particle board, but this is really sturdy stuff. Some of the directions were a bit confusing, but he put it together without much wirty dords lol. I'm loving the space and the ability to adjust the shelves for both the machine height and the side table (up or down). The feet allow it to slide easily across the floor and they are adjustable to ensure the table is level. It looks great in my sewing room

Call it 4.5 stars. I wish it had more drawers. I've been sewing on an old desk for the past 28 years. This is my first sewing table, and I love it. It is very sturdy and does not shake or feel cheap when I use it. It is the perfect size. I also like the fact that I can use it as a cutting surface, and it has lines and measurements!! I only do casual sewing, so someone who uses it daily might find it too simple, but for me, it's almost perfect. Like I said above, I could use a few more drawers, but that's a small inconvenience.

This made the perfect little sewing table for using for my youtube channel. I can get my sewing machine, small cutting mat, and wool ironing mat on the table for a perfect youtube video. It is sturdy and durable. I would recommend the purchase!

Received this craft table several days ahead of time. Instructions excellent.; my husband put this together in record time. Quality for the price is excellent. Purchased this for sewing quilts and I couldn’t be happier. Offers lots of space for my sewing accessories and material.. It is not only sturdy and practical but an attractive table as well.

The sewing table plus was very easy to put together. I am 67 years old and was able to assemble by myself. I ordered one table and immediately like the quality. While i was putting all the parts together, i noticed two parts (screws and hinges) were missing. On the manual, it said to call the customer service for any questions. I called and left messages five times! Not one return call. I could not start putting the table together until i got those parts. I finally gave up and called Amazon. The customer service person was VERY helpful and said for me to put the table pieces back in the box and he would arrange for a pick up. The table is VERY heavy. I had thrown the box away so he sent me a replacement shipment and informed me to take the parts that were missing and close the box up and call for a pick up. That’s exactly what I did BUT WHY couldn’t the manufacturer just answer the telephone and sent me the missing parts? I had to open the entire box to get some screws and hinges out. Poor customer service on the manufacturer’s part. The table is exactly what I was looking for and as stated earlier, of good quality. So if you need to contact them, don’t waste your time. I am very pleased with the service I received from Amazon.

Overall this table is a good value and very nice. It is a sturdy table if assembled carefully. But the panels are pressed board and the fasteners are tied to metal slugs. That’s fine unless you cross-thread a screw and pull one out. Be careful to thread the screws in by hand before using a drill. I plan to epoxy the hole to remedy. Also, the sewing machine is suspended on a platform suspended by two brackets held by four of these screws/slugs embedded in pressed board so the weight limit is to be respected.

We have a few sewers in our family. We love that we no longer have to haul the machine to the dining table every time we want, or need, to use it. This table in nice to use. It has a fairly solid build. It is nice to have a few storage shelves, however neither shelf is high enough to have an upright pattern box on it. You could fit a wider shoe box or basket and lay the patterns sideways in the box. In our house, depending on who is using the machine and table, the base and backboard sometimes impede the foot pedal and leg space.
