After Sale's Very Poor, No Support & No Response, About Battery Cycle Spareparts etc. leader battery cycle, we purchase 10 months ago, quality wise okay, but after sale's no response..... Our cycle fell down, brake lever broken, just we asking brake lever set price for purchase but customer care mobile no. 3 No's no support, no response...... Better to buy any cycle nearest local cycle Shop for after sales, good service support will come....

Check Everything and always make a video while opening
I ordered this product but didn't get the charger of the bicycle.so i contacted the customer care and through them i got the dealer and solved the charger issue. Now they sending the charger to me.. Overalll the product is good

Lots of Features in Affordable Price
I am using this cycle since last 08 Months, battery performed as claimed by company i.e. Approx 22-24 KM in one charge. Charger of cycle stopped functioning, customer care personnel were very helpful. They carried out fault finding over video calls on WhatsApp and asked me to return the charger and they provided me with a new charger. Salient Features of the cycle Attractive Design Less charging time comparted to other cycles Horn & Head Lamp Auto Cut off Brakes, i.e. Motor stops functioning when you apply brakes. Disk brakes are efficient This cycle is worth its cost. I am a happy with the product.

Bought for my son for school transportation..he is very happy with performance of leader Update after 1 month of use..don't even think to buy this cheap material cycle..no customer service support..nil performance

It's Awesome! Electric Cycle
I am writing this review after using the cycle for 1 month! I am uncertain about electric bicycle when I ordered it..As an experiment I have ordered but after receiving it and start using not only me who ever notice riding on electric cycle just mesmerizing in correspondence with it's performance..... Everything( speed, battery charging and capacity , total cycle set up) working fine as specified... it's really superb and eco-friendly and healthy when we want to rest to battery functioning 😀....I am using it for office which is 5kms away from my home...Our total family is happy with the product....Thanks to Leader team... Special thanks to Amazon for providing value worth product (20000/- during Great India Sale 2023)....But dear co buyers first order if you interested then use and put it under observation during return period...if everything fine...keep it and enjoy! with special things like this electric bicycle!...be the one first to experience something new! (but with some caution)....All the best... Leader! you can lead further if service also available atleast in district headquarters....
