Outdoor Sun Flap Hat

Over the years I've purchased multiple hats to work outside in and this is definitely my favorite. The fit is great. The flap is plenty long and provides good coverage. I've given one away to a family member on a trip and returned and purchased another one. Definitely the sun flap hat to go with.

As a field biologist, I use these hats very very often. This hat is very comfortable and soft. It fits well and it really does protect your neck (and hair) from the sun. hats. The fabric is breathable and it doesn't suffocate your scalp, which happens with a lot of other hiking/camping The only drawback is that it does get stained fairly quickly, so, if you have ti in a backpack full of other items, be careful. Mine is all stained now but I think it's because I expected this fabric to be more resistant to that, but that was really just wishful thinking and I can't complain about my mistreating.

These hats are great. They provide so much more sun protection. One day spent in the waiting room while my dad had skin cancer removed will get your attention. So much damage. I bought more to have one to wash and one to wear. I also bought more for my nephew and brother.

Bought one a week ago for a trip to Disney in late June. Bought a different, colorful and feminine styled hat for my wife at the same time. She liked the look and style of this one so much more that she had me buy another one of these for her. We will give the colorful one to our daughter. I am looking forward to the protection this hat will offer while strolling the parks on a hot sunny day. Seems well built and should last a while.

My husband is a general contractor and this has saved his head/neck during the summer while working outdoors. He just loves it!

A great hat that covers the neck, ears and a wide brim for the eyes while flying radio control planes in the sun! And very light and cool with a fit for larger head sizes....

It covers my ears, keeps the sun out of my eyes with the brim, no sun on my neck, and it lets the wind blow through when there is some wind. I bought 2 more like it!
