I was so excited to finally get this wand. I used it most nights. One night while I attempted to start my new nighttime regimen. The wand just turned off mid stroke. Immediately I assumed it just needed to be charged. I thought it was strange that it needed a charge, it’s only been a week of consistent usage. Put it on the charger, the next night it was fully charged so I was able to use it. A few nights go by and again, it just turns off. This time I left it charging for 2 nights thinking maybe it wasn’t charged enough. 3rd night, I turn it on, less than 3 minutes it’s dead again. Hop on amazon orders, 5 days shy of the return window. Scroll through reviews maybe someone else is having this problem with an easy resolution. Most of the top reviews are all great until you get further down. A handful of people also have had their wand just stop working in the same time frame. No resolution to the problem. Really bummed out because I’ve been wanting to get this wand for sone time. When I seen it go on sale I jumped at the opportunity. I’m not sure I’m willing to give it a try again only for it to break again and waste even more money.
