Was excited to try this product for mild to moderate foot numbness and burning to toes and soles of feet, especially at night due to peripheral neuropathy. After watching videos and reading online, I learned this synthetic form of thiamine (Vitamin B1) is fat soluble and therefore more easily assimilated by the body and bioavailable. It is known to help with glucose metabolism, brain and nerve function and was specifically suggested for peripheral neuropathy, which is what is causing the numbness, tingling and burning sensation I get. 😬👣 ☝🏻BUT!!! it arrived without any outer seal AND the inner seal that goes around the edge of the bottle's rim was partially peeled back, like maybe someone tried to inconspicuously try it and then decided to return it...not sure, but definitely odd it arrived today in that condition. DISAPPOINTING as I really wanted to see if my feet would ease up with use.

SIL told me this form of Thiamine helped him with the "can't shut off the brain" thing. I gave it a try and WOW! He was right! It is so lovely to go to bed without churning thoughts. Reduced my anxiety as well. Not suggesting these effects will happen to everyone. We are all different, and we all have different medical, nutritional or mental needs/issues. But I am also very skeptical of this kind of thing. I am older, and have tried many, many herbs, supplements and "miracle" this-and-thats, most of which did nothing or did too little to be useful. This is probably the only other thing besides magnesium, vitamin D and B 12 where I can actually experience the positive effects. I sincerely hope this keeps working for me. It has been a game-changer!
