Great bit of kit, split a huge pile of wood so far. I think I should have got the stand for it, you have to work at floor level and at 54 kilos it's a pain to pick up and put on a bench.

You need to find a good chair to sit on as it does not come with the stand!!!! Apart from that it does wonders!! I pity our fore fathers having to use axes!! Definitely money well spent!! I have split the logs of 38 Ash trees (with die back) with no problems (having had an arborist in to chain saw them down)!
