Super unique but customer service lacking
Item is amazing quality & even better than I expected as hoping for. Unfortunately, the X2 separate QR codes are useless. One of the QR codes is for a free item, I’m assuming you have to take a photo of the display and download it to social media of some sort, which I have no social media accounts whatsoever so there was no information provided to ask customer service if I needed to post on social media to receive my free gift. I also tried the QR code that guarantees no fees or waiting a lengthy return process for a refund & I was still unable to find a way to make any contact to question whether I was eligible for the free gift w/no social media affiliation. A+++++ quality & price but can’t say the same for their customer service
