The 5th step is 46&1/4" off the ground, 4th step is 36&3/4" high, and the 3rd step is 27&3/4" high.
Purchased 5-step ladder. Came in 1 large cardboard box with picture of item on outside. All to-be-assembled parts were zip tied to the ladder, and the entire thing was shrink wrapped. Easy to follow picture instructions, though it is pretty self explanatory without them. Came with 4 hex screws with backs for the left and right handles (2 screws for each side) and both handles labeled with stickers to easily identify which side they attach to. It came with 2 slightly larger hex screws with backs for the top handle (tray already attached to handle and handle slides down into top of step ladder). It also came with 2 Allen keys to tighten each screw together. Very easy and quickly completed. Ladder easily folds and unfolds and locks in place with a bright yellow plastic handle at the back of the top step. Very sturdy. I am 5'9" and on the top (5th) step I can reach just an inch or two short of 11 foot high ceiling to change a light bulb. FYI since so many people seemed to ask this question but didn't get answers: The 5th step is 46&1/4" off the ground, the 4th step is 36&3/4" off the ground, and the 3rd step is 27&3/4" off the ground. I'm assuming these measurements would apply to the 4 and 3 step ladders. As you can see from my picture, the normal ceiling height is 8 feet. I can reach the lower canned lights on the 3rd step. The higher set of canned lights are just short of 11 feet and that is with me stretching my full height with feet flat. I can't reach the smoke detector which is probably around 14 feet high. The only thing I don't like is when I am on the top step, the top handle only reaches just below my knees. While I do appreciate at least something to lean against to be more stable, I do wish the top handle and side handles were a little taller so I could either lean more of my body weight against it to feel more stable or keep one hand on it, while using the other hand to reach what I need. As it is I carefully hold the top handle as I place my knees against it, then slowly raise my body until my left hand touches the ceiling to balance myself. It you are slightly uncomfortable on the 5th step being that high, just do what I do and have someone behind you slightly pushing on your back so you feel more secure. All in all, it is a great step ladder. I thought it was very reasonable. I do NOT regret purchasing it at all as it was the only thing I could find that would give me the height I needed that I felt comfortable with the size, style (handles), durability, price and the amount of positive reviews. You really can't go wrong. It is much cheaper than a normal ladder, which wouldn't be as safe and having the feeling of being more stable when having to climb high is well worth the just over $100 investment. Unless you only have 8 foot ceilings I would recommend getting the 5 step ladder anyway, just in case you ever need it, plus then the handle will be higher for you to hold on to, even if you only climb to the 4th step.

Excellent find for a reasonable price. Sturdy.
I love this ladder. It’s sturdy and feels safe with the side rail I’ve used it for all levels 7’ Christmas tree or just a shelf on my pantry. I can move it trough the house easily and stores well on a corner. A great find for a good price. Would recommend especially for us do it yourself ladies who don’t want to bother others to do things for us. 🤣

Wonder ladder for the house.
Best ladder for inside household use. Nice sturdy steps, handles for added support, and tray table to avoid repeated trips up and down. It is also light enough to carry from one area to another. It folds easily but the arms are rigid once installed, so storage might be a concern for some.

Good step ladder for the price
I'm in my 70s and was looking for a step ladder that was tall enough for me to reach the AC vents in our 10' living room ceiling and safe enough to minimize the risk of falling. Was tired of hauling in my old Little Giant ladder. Lots of things to like about this ladder (the 5-step version with the tool platform, rather than the tool bag) ... but the grab handles sold me. It is light enough to carry around and hang from the joists down in my tool room. Assembly was quick and easy and no parts were missing. I only weigh 150, so the steps are more than sturdy enough to support me and appear they would easily support their documented max weight. Overall a good ladder for the price. Now, the things that I would consider cons and don't thrill me ... and there are only two. First, while the ladder seems more than sturdy enough to stand on the top step while on solid surfaces (like hardwood, vinyl, or ceramic floors), the same can't be said about using it on thick/plush carpeting. The ladder exhibited a bit of wobble on thick carpeting. Secondly, the leg feet seem to be made of a somewhat hard plastic or PVC instead of a softer rubber. If you use the ladder on hardwood flooring, you risk scratching or marring the wood finish. The feet seem to be attached to the legs with adhesive or are press fit, as they would not pull or twist off in order to replace them with rubber leg tips. I ordered some larger rubber leg tips in hopes of slipping them over these hard ones that came installed on the ladder. Hopefully, this will help when using the ladder on my hardwood flooring.

Great ladder!
Great, light-weight ladder. I’m 5’2” and didn’t feel secure on my old ladder when I was changing filters and light bulbs. This ladder is very sturdy and I feel so much more secure on it.

Safe, lightweight, easy to use
I call this my “old lady ladder” - as a compliment! I broke my ankle 18 months ago using an old ladder that I had used for years painting several walls. It just broke on me! Yikes! Needless to say, surgery and recovery have not been easy, and the thought of getting on a ladder again was terrifying . . . Yet, I still had that project to do (and many more!) that I started that fateful day. I finally did it!! It was scary the first time I got up this ladder, but . . . It was sturdy, easy to move along the wall (I’m not a body builder by any stretch!), and the handles gave me the extra sense of security and ease I needed. Plus, I loved the spot you can put the paint can (although I would move the can each time you move the ladder, just to make sure your gallon doesn’t go tumbling!). I’m literally “back on that ladder” because of this product.

It says ready to use out of the box. No tools required. But there IS assembling required. You have to attach the top bar with the tray attached and also the two side safety handles. They do include the screws and two Allen keys. Simple to do, but just giving you a heads up that the description they give is misleading and wrong. Other than that, I love it. Well made, sturdy & durable I can finally reach the ceiling and feel very safe climbing it at my advanced age.

It looks as advertised. I find it a little wobbly. I don't really use the handrails, i didn't even install them. But it's great for my high ceilings. The little tray is very useful too.

Secure the 3 handrails, which takes an average of 20 minutes, and the ladder is ready to work. Seems to be a decent build, and fairly steady on the floor. I've reached the age where I don't feel comfortable climbing ladders, but the handrails give what would have been an uncertain, shaky climb a good deal of steadiness and confidence in getting the job done. The only negative feature is the weight, just under 25 lbs. All said, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone like myself who feels nervous using ladders.
