Nice looking chair and easy to assemble. There were a few threads on the stitching that needed to be trimmed. Chair is comfortable. This was a gift for our grandson. He likes it!

Ordered pink but received grey. Honestly not a big deal, not enough to deal with sending it back for replacement. However this is a really small chair. Probably best for kids and people under 5'4". I'm only 5'6" but there's no head support, anyone taller probably won't like this. I'm gonna use it at work since I'm usually standing at my desk anyway. For the price though it's good if it fits you. It went together super easy and seems sturdy. I really like the the arms flip up. Could use a bit more padding but what can you expect for the price, throw a chair pad on there. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that works 8+ hours sitting a day, spend a bit more and save your back the pain.

Just WOW, this company REALLY cares about its customers. I was NOT happy with this chair as it only lasted about 4 months before the pieces connecting it snapped, but they really came through for me. I emailed the company about my issue and within 48 hours they addressed my problem AND sent me a new backrest, both armrests and the entire bolt kit for absolutely no charge to me at all! They were very friendly and professional in every email they sent to me and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. The chair is honestly great and comfortable for the price and I was sad that it broke on me, but knowing that this company will take care of me if I ever need it really puts me at ease for the future.
