Was recommended this product from a friend as I sometimes struggle and lack energy and endurance. I can confirm this is a highly effective product - and has helped my well-being. I’ve tried other products on the market and they just don’t deliver what they say, whereas this one is very accurate.

A packet of 10 capsules in a blister pack of ginseng supplement. I’ve used a lot of this type of supplements in the past, as they are all natural ingredients, and they all work for me. I prefer the ones with a higher amount of ginseng, 100mgs or above, as I find these work faster for me and longer, lower amounts still work, but take longer and you may not get the desired affect at all. It’s suggested you drink water before, during taking the capsules and afterward, otherwise you may get headaches with this type of supplement. You should feel the effects between 30mins and 45mins, and they have always worked within this timeframe for me, lasting well into the night and next morning. Also, take on an empty stomach, that’s one hour after you last ate, as ginseng needs to be absorbed into the stomach lining to get the best effect. I’ve rarely had side effects, and any I have had is due to me not drinking enough water. The only negative I have for these capsules is that you cannot be spontaneous with them, you have to plan ahead or be on a promise later that night, that way you can plan when to take them. A great supplement and I’m happy to recommend.

I've used a couple of these capsules now with my pre-workout drink before hitting the gym. Serious gym rats will know that the original blue pills are put to good use in the gym and will know what I mean. For those that don't, this sort of pill is used to great effect for a skin-splitting pump when lifting. These are small blue capsules, and are dead easy to swallow. The box contains a strip of ten. For £22.79 at the time of review,, they're not the best value out there but they do actually work as intended. I didn't suffer as much of the typical side effects for me using these capsules, which involves a slightly stuffy head and a blocked nose, which tends to appear about an hour after consumption and lasts about an hour thereafter. I wasn't optimistic when I took one given the absence of the side effects but I had a pretty decent pump in the gym. Maybe it's a capsule thing because I've taken a couple of different brands now and the side effects seem to be less for me than the pills. They work best for me for gym use in conjunction with a good pre-workout, taken about 30 minutes before lifting. As for bedroom use, I find that for a window of about five hours after consumption, I stand to attention at the most slightest provocation so I'm pretty sure they'll provide some impressive stamina in that department, should my plumbing start letting me down. If needed specifically for the bedroom, I find that they’re best taken around an hour beforehand, empty stomach and plenty of water. If what you normally use works, then stick with. If looking for a change, then you could a lot worse than these.

Yet another little blue pill that is supposed to help “down there” in ways that men took for granted in their younger days. There are countless ginseng-based supplements on Amazon, many are literally the same but in different boxes with different brand names. There’s only 100mg of ginseng in each tablet, which raises questions as to whether this is enough to raise anything else. Even then, I’m quoting what it says on the box, so who knows what you actually get? I’ve only ever taken one of these tablets at a time (ie never more than one a day) and in doing so I’ve followed the guidelines. So the big question is: Do they work? I am sure the effect will vary from one individual to another, and in my case the effect seems to vary from one occasion to another. I’m very tempted to suggest that these are little more than a trick of the mind, a placebo if you like, deceiving the consumer into thinking it will make a difference when in reality no physical change has taken place. Equally, I cannot say with certainty that these are placebos. What is evident is that there has been a veritable explosion of cheapie-Viagra tablets sourced mainly from China over the past few years and I do seriously wonder if they are of any real benefit at all. I think these tablets might have helped, but it you were to ask me to my face “Do these tablets definitely help you perform when it really matters?”, I think I’d say “Hmm. That’s a hard one.”. Ot maybe I’d say the opposite……
