I’ve been taking this for one week and I swear I already notice a difference. To back up I was experiencing: Brain fog Painful tender breasts (if you’ve breastfed, it feels like the first time the baby sleeps through the night) Weight gain Uncharacteristic crankiness Sleep disruption Hunger like I haven’t been fed in weeks So far it’s too early to comment on the brain fog. The hunger finally feels normally, which presumably will affect the weight. I’m less irritable. Breasts are still tender but not like boulders on my chest anymore. I slept all night last night. I had previously tried a bunch of things with no help after almost two months. I’m taking with progesterone (it’s a cream). The only downside is the pill smells and tastes horrendous. I had a uterine ablation so I don’t get periods anymore but my body goes through the same hormonal cycle. My plan is just to stop taking for one week a month. I’m in perimenopause.

I could tell this was helping after the first few days, but began to experience lightheadedness a few hours after taking along with still experiencing a mild bad aftertaste from the pill. I tried breaking tablet in half to see if that would help and still same reaction. I believe it's definitely worth a try and seems to work out for many, but this may not be for me.

With a product coming from a company called Life Extension- I never thought I needed to look at the ingredients to see if there were things in it that your body is incapable of processing. Maltodextrin is awful (look it up). So I buy something thinking I am doing good for myself only to find I am putting something terrible in my body. Do better than this. I threw away the entire container as I was waiting to see my doctor before taking it.
