Quiet, Efficient, and Reliable After Two Years
I've been using the Cooler Master Hyper 620S for almost two years now, and it continues to deliver excellent performance. This dual-tower air cooler features six direct-contact copper heat pipes and two PWM fans that keep my CPU temperatures low, even under heavy loads. It's impressively quiet even during gaming or stress tests, the noise level stays minimal. The power consumption is also very efficient, with each fan drawing only about 3 watts, making it a great choice for energy conscious users. The 154.9 mm height fits well in most mid-tower cases, though it's worth noting that high profile RAM might have clearance issues. Installation was straightforward, and the ARGB lighting syncs nicely with my motherboard, adding a clean, modern look to my build. Overall, it's a reliable, quiet, energy efficient cooler that I highly recommend.

Graeat for keeping a 12700k cool
This cooler works very well to keep my cpu running cool. When I am running cinebench the cpu reaches a maximum of 75c, and in games the cpu barley reaches 70c. Along with how well this cpu performs it also looks really nice. The only downside that I have with this cooler is that one of the fans hangs over my ram sticks, so I cant see one of the sticks. However that is a mionor issue as the performance of the coooler is worth no seeing one of the ram sticks.

This unit works great for cooling but not so much with the ARGB Lighting
I purchased this unit for an older I7-8700K machine I found for cheap and made it into a project after the mounting on the Noctua fans I got on that machine broke. It was cheaper to replace the fan rather than look up the mounting kit, which for that Noctua setup seemed impossible to find. I then opted for this unit as the reviews claim that it was keeping their systems cool Two days later I got it and went to install it. The mounting kits are all included. This comes with a PWM header splitter for both fans in case your MB does not have two headers for fans. It also comes with aa 4 pin RGB header connector for 5V. Fans are mounted properly and silent. However the RGB would not sync up with my MB and other components. The RGB would not align with the other components. I asked amazon for a replacement and got it fast. I then setup the lights on and no fans on and tested. This worked. So I went ahead and set it up again. To my surprise the RGB colors are no longer matching again. I decide ok I will take off the RGB headers. Well guess what, the RGB lights still come on. That is when I realized that the fan spinning made it to where the RGB lights did not sync. I then unplugged the fans to the MB header and realized that they no longer sync. Long story short, I used the Noctua fans from the one I had got on my system and attached them to this. IDK if I was unlucky and got 2 sets of bad RGB lights and fans but it makes no sense as to what I encountered. If you buy these and are using a mother board that has rgb memory, rgb motherboard lights, rgb exhaust fan and rgb front fans and think that this will sync, it may not. Note that my RGB exhaust fan also spins and syncs with all other components. Just my experience with this fan.

10/10
easy installation, it doesn't come with a lot of paste so I had to buy extra because I'm new to pc building and messed up so I had to restart and clean it off. otherwise, it's a great cooler and it works well

Excellent air cooler for the price.
Good 6 pipes air heatsink keep my AMD 2700 cool and quiet compare to Wraith Spire LED cooler.

Monster of a cooler
Outstanding air cooler for my Ryzen 5 7600X. Supposed to run around 90ºC under gaming loads, but thanks to this and some Thermal Grizzly paste I stay under 60ºF under load. Easy to install and looks great.

Great price
The cooler was available at the time for an amazing price and after my pump failed I was looking for a good air cooler. This beast does the job staying at under 30° C and under 60 on load.

As a long-time Pc builder whenever I need a solid Air Cooler I always fall back on this one, as well as the Thermalright Peerless Assassin. Both are amazing coolers so I end up buying the cheaper one, however occasionally this one does go on sale, and if the price difference is less than $15 compared to other coolers I will choose this one. Because it not only holds cooler temps on average, but is quieter. So as a consumer giving advice to other buyers, if the price is similar to that of the air cooler you are looking at go with this one, if the difference is too high though maybe go with the other cooler and upgrade the storage or CPU or anything else.

Overall, the Hyper 620S does cool my CPU ... but I was perhaps too optimistic. For starters, the fans are quite noisy. I mean they are not quiet at all, unless you decide to let your computer run idle. Secondly I was expecting a lower CPU temperature at idle but it's still in the high 30s. Let's give the paste some time to melt and spread. Thirdly I really didn't like that thermal paste. It was way too consistant and hard to apply. It also stuck to whatever I used to apply it. Lastly the fans use a 3-lead connector to control the color of the fans. My motherboard had a 4-lead connector. Check your motherboard if you care about RGB ... One thing is for sure, my Ryzen 7 5800x is giving this CPU cooler quite a beating (and I haven't even pushed it to the max yet!!!) On the plus side, the mounting system was easy peasy to install. Instructions were OK. So a mixed bag. Worth the price but I will end up buying some better fans and perhaps some high end thermal paste.
