Fantastic Higher-end Matcha
Kiyo's Ritual Grade is a fantastic higher-end matcha. I make my matcha using 3g of powder in ~50ml of water, so it's kind of a light Koicha. Kiyo's Ritual Grade is perfect for it! It has essentially no bitterness, a sweet flavor, creamy feel, and moderately long aftertaste. I prefer it to Naoki Superior Ceremonial, Naoki Fragrant Yame, and Rishi Ceremonial Matcha. Granted, Ritual Grade is higher quality than those other three, but it's quality shows through.

Smooth and not bitter
Delicious and affordable. I'm able to get a smooth consistency with this matcha and personally I don't find it too bitter. It's been so hard to find quality matcha because of the shortage but this is easily my go-to matcha from Amazon.

Great Matcha, Bad Packaging :/
I loved this matcha but only got to have a few servings. The lid is a screw top but never seemed to screw on right or tight enough. After screwing it on the lid would feel loose, almost as if it would just pop off, and sure enough it did pop off and the matcha exploded everywhere. I’m still cleaning it out of my hair lol. The pictures are after I tried to save it and scrape it up… if you are buying this matcha, maybe have another container to put it in, since it being loose and not closing properly could effect the matcha quality and flavor inside if it’s not airtight! Not sure if I got a damaged can or what. Lovely matcha though, very rich, and one of my favorites I’ve purchased from Amazon where matches are usually hit or miss.

Highest quality for the value
I’m somewhat serious about my matcha. I’m happy to explore and get the opportunity to try this matcha. I have the classic and ritual grade. Classic is good for the price. The ritual is very creamy and nutty, has almost the same profile as Unkaku. Overall I am very happy, will repurchase. My favorite is their new heritage one.

Happy accident
I didn’t mean to buy such a small expensive matcha - I am not a connoisseur. I’m more of a soy latte drinker. That being said, this is the first time I’ve ever drank matcha without adding soy milk. It isn’t bitter. It’s smooth, creamy and honestly a whole different experience. In short: it tastes good! I will treat it with reverence until I run out, then go back to one that is 3x the size for the same price and pretty good quality after this. Thanks 🙏🏼

Yum!
I bought some matcha because I was tired of paying $5+ at the coffee shop. While this looks expensive, it is more than half off coffee shop prices. This matcha is super yum. Once in a while I'll pick one up at the coffee shop now. After drinking this, coffee shop matcha is disappointing. I use a sifter and a frother with oat milk. No grit and lovely lightly sweet taste.
