Desk Grow Light Plus with Timer

Bought this for my Venus Fly Traps. The height is adjustable and set up was quick and easy for the length of time for automatic on/off. VFT’s require a ton of direct sunlight, and this grow light fills in perfectly when they can no longer sit outside in my Michigan weather. Great light, would purchase again.

UPDATE 11/25/2024: So I emailed the seller just to let them know that my light did not power on at all (the adapter box and the switch controller did not display a blue light as it should have). I wasn't looking for a replacement since I had already sent it back and received a refund to my Amazon account. But the seller offered to send me a replacement anyway and the light works perfectly! I love the look and design of it (which is why I ordered it in the first place). As my plant collection grows (and it will lol) I will definitely purchase this light! I have also updated my rating to five 💥💥💥💥💥 The grow light is completely dead! Did they send me a used one??? I tried it in four different outlets in my house and it does not turn on at all. Now I have to disassemble it and pack it back up to return it. Such a complete waste of time. Seriously disappointed!!!

This is a good quality lamp. It is easy to set up, and unlike some others that I have purchased recently, the base is heavy enough to support the lamp. I like that there is a timer, and I like the spectrum of light that is produced, and my plants seems to like it, too!

Although not as Bright as I would like, it seems a solid product. I'd considered getting one more, but I'd like to see how the plants respond to this one first. Timey delivery

Great base. I like the dimmer function. A plate across to back of the lamp would improve aesthetics. I am keeping the lamp despite the timer feature not funtioning.

I really wanted to love this light, but I am very nervous to use it based on how hot the adapter gets immediately after the light is turned on. I bought this light to use in my office for my plants that are not near a window, but I don't feel comfortable having it on when I am not here... thus defeating the purpose of the light. UPDATE: updating my review and increasing stars because the company reached out to me immediately to make it right. I am still a little nervous about the warm adaptor, but, I plugged it into a surge protector and I’ve been told warm is okay.

I love almost everything about this light- except the timer function. When you turn the light on, you have the option for it to be simply “on”, or “on” with the option for it to shut off in 4, 8, or 12 hours. It will not turn back on by itself with the timer. I thought I would remedy this by plugging it into an external timer, but again it will not turn back on without a person manually clicking the “on” button in the cord.

I love this little grow light. I needed it to stand on a table. It got here fast, was super easy to assemble and easy to use! I’m growing plants from seed! Would recommend!👍
