5 lb Bulk Milk Chocolate Caramel Pecan Clusters

My fifth order and all have been great. Chocolate coating was creamy and a wonderful milk chocolate flavor. Caramel was soft and gooey with a great caramel flavor. My one complaint and it is a small one is the pecans are smaller then in the past. The package is first class and keeps the candy in perfect condition. For the very reasonable price these never fail to please all me family and friends.

I and my family really enjoyed these. They were delicious. The milk chocolate and caramel were very smooth. They had the right amount of sweetness too.

These are okay. Chocolate is okay,caramel is a bit chewy, and the pecan are crushed. These are not quite what I was looking for. There not terrible just okay.

I'll keep this short, since one of the two concerns I had was expressed previously by others. Our order of dark chocolate clusters came delivered filled as milk chocolate clusters. The company sent a second order that was correct. Our major issue is the mediocre packaging that caused the clusters to move around in the box, break into pieces, merge several pieces together and smear caramel goo and chocolate on the inside of the box. There is no way that just laying the pieces on sheets of paper that the package will come looking like the neat rows and columns like the picture on the Amazon website. The pieces should be placed in wells, like Russell Stover and Whitman's Samplers have and covered with thick paper between each layer. That will preserve the integrity of the pieces. Otherwise, the product could not be served to guests or sent as gifts. On the plus side, both flavors of the product were good. The manufacturer needs to just fix the presentation, and they'll have a winner!

I had read through many of the reviews prior to purchasing & I consider myself above-novice cook on many levels and realize, although these are packed rather well, when chocolate gets cold and if there is an impact of any sort the chocolate will crack but the caramel holds it all together everything was fine I let them come to room temperature and experienced the best turtles save from being home made by my own mother as a kid. So in the near future I can see myself wanting to try the dark chocolate offering because the chocolate did not taste cheap or waxy and that was my worry at this price but don’t worry it’s all good stuff and I will definitely purchase again from the seller providing the posting continues. Edit: I just ordered a 5 lb dark chocolate turtles from them, these are SO freakin’ good, I have faith dark chocolate version will be just as, if not better. Edit: just as great as milk chocolate and pecans are fresh and crisp.

I don’t understand how price goes up but quality goes down. I had my mouth set for this chocolate that I used to love. The chocolate was old and the company doesn’t offer refunds so I had to get it through Amazon. I won’t be ordering again!
