There tablets are so great for travel. I’ve definitely noticed a boost in energy, no jet lagged, and i didn’t get sick this trip. You definitely need to let them dissolve entirely or it doesn’t taste great, but the health benefits are so tangible I’ve started using them everyday. Definitely try them if you are on the fence, so worth it!

Taste was good. Just had a very slight hint of lime taste. Mixed in well. Didn’t really notice any difference drinking 1 tablet daily. No smell.

Felt nothing different. I’m sure other brands products work better. Will not be buying again.

I can't take it. I tried and it made me sick. I tried it again just to be sure that was caused me to be sick and it was. I hope it works for others.

I’m not sure if these make much of a difference. I’ve been using them off and on for years. So I researched how to make them more effective.. Dr Mercola says that you really have to dissolve FIVE of them in distilled water. Distilled, specifically. I can’t say that it made any real difference! However, now I KNOW I won’t be reordering because they almost doubled the price.
