Great piece of kit, easy to install with everything in the box that is required. Didn’t need the videos available as pretty straightforward. Wired camera in to side lights so comes on straight away, not only wanted for reversing a 7m Motorhome but also as a mirror so you can see what’s behind you when driving as people seem to like sitting on your backside nowadays. Added bonus of being a recording device if you install an SD card so compliments my dash cam. Picture quality is great and distance warnings are pretty accurate. Overall a good purchase at a good price.

The display unit was very easy to set up and a good quality. Despite extending mirrors on my 4x4, it was difficult to see clearly what was behind my 8.1m caravan especially on motorways, not now. The photos show with and without the parking assist whilst attached to my car. The other is on the rear of the caravan some 10m away from the receiver. Crystal clear. The camera was larger than expected but very robust. Well worth the money for peace of mind.

this looks like a good bit of kit. it was easy to install and set up striaght out the box. picture quality seems really good and clear. I had to return it though as the unit emitted a really hight pitch noise that sounds like some sort of interference that just would not stop, even when volume was turned right down. I had seen one 1 star review mention this noise prior to purchase, so I know it is not just my unit that was defective.

Rubbish and expensive

I received this reversing camera which arrived quickly. I was very happy with my purchase and how good the quality is. ….The view shown by this camera is so sharp and clear also the radar function is so useful. I purchased this reversing kit for my Motorhome and it was so easy to install. I have no hesitation to recommend this kit to anyone looking for a good value for money reversing system and is of very good quality.

Picture quality excellent. kit has many options of brackets and other bits and pieces for fitting. Self fit may be an option but i didn't feel confident so i got an auto electrician to fit it and he did a good job wired into my wiring permanently. Not just plugging into the cigarette socket in my Chrysler voyager.

During installation the suction cup was installed, held for about 5 minutes then fell and the screen smashed on the gear stick.. everything was working until then.. very hard to try and find a way of getting a replacement screen without having to return the whole item which is now wired in to the reversing lights etc.. if anyone has any way of contacting this seller please let us know... very frustrating!!

Das Kamerasystem wurde für unseren Pferdeanhänger angeschafft, da unser vorheriges Modell (Nicht von VASTEND) sehr zügig den Geist aufgegeben hat. Das Kameraset wurde zügig geliefert und die erste positive Überraschung erfolgte beim Öffnen des Pakets: Alle notwendigen Materialien zur festen Installation ist reichlich vorhanden. Im Karton befindet sich noch eine kurze Installations-Anleitung mit einem Hinweis zu einem weiteren Installations-Video. Die Installationsschritte werden hier genaustens erklärt. Das Display ist kein Touchdisplay, was allerdings nicht unbedingt negativ zu werten ist. Das Display ist schön groß und das Bild wirklich hervorragend - auch bei schlechten Wetterverhältnissen oder wenig Lichteinfall. Auch hier sei erwähnt, dass es eine leichte Übertragungs-Verzögerung gibt, die aber bei der Beobachtung des Pferdes im Hängers oder bei langsamen Rückwärtssetzen nicht weiter stört. Unser vorheriges Modell hatte stärkere Verzögerungen und ständige Abbrüche, die bei dem VASTEND M1 nicht aufgefallen sind. Was man beim Kauf beachten sollte: Die Kamera ist tatsächlich recht groß. Für meine Nutzung ist das nicht weiter schlimm und stört im Hänger nicht weiter. Wer allerdings seinen PKW mit der Kamera aufpeppen will, der wird mit diesem Modell vielleicht ganz so glücklich. Fazit: Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis , geeignet für unübersichtliche Fahrzeuggespanne oder auch zur Beobachtung des Pferdes im Pferdeanhänger. Leichte Übertragungsverzögerung im tolerierbaren Bereich, Kamera hätte ein wenig kleiner ausfallen können. Trotzdem 5*, wegen guter Verarbeitung,hervorragender Bildqualität und vollständiges Installationsmaterial mit Installationshinweisen. Jetzt erfolgt nur noch der Langlebigkeitstest - 2 Jahre Qualitätsgarantie wird laut Anleitung gewährleistet + lebenslanger technischer Support.

Nach langer Testphase: Habe die Cam an meinem Wohnwagen Hinten oben und eine an der Stoßstange. Absolut Super Geniale Qualität und Auflösung

Habe jetzt einige Monate gewartet weil ich erst wissen wollte was die Rückfahrkamera wirklich kann. Ich habe den Schritt nicht bereut sie zu kaufen. So was einfaches bei der Installation hatte ich wirklich nicht erwartet. Jeder Profi kann das und natürlich auch Technik Legastheniker. Dazu zähle ich mich. Das Bild ist so scharf, ich hätte damit nicht gerechnet. Auch in der Nacht kann man alles wunderbar sehen. Ich kann diese Kamera ohne jeden Zweifel weiterempfehlen. Die Installation so einfach, der Preis- unschlagbar, die Leistung genial. Daumen hoch. Wer eine braucht sollte sich für diese entscheiden.
