Damaged product (broken clip) and torn box. Sound quality below average

Connecting issue only
Item sound quality is good though wired in this price But the issue I faced is headphones not connecting via Bluetooth I tried to charge or even 2-3 phones i tried to connect with but still not connected Maybe it's a only 1 item issue 3 stars for the customer service who responded on time and gave me options for a replacement But if they give replacement same day that would be more better......

One of the headphones stopped working within a month
Not even a month and one side of the headphones stopped working. Am uncertain about the product warranty on Amazon, still trying to find that out for next steps.
