GHOST BCAA Amino Acids,Sour patch Blue Rasberry

I have these BCAAs on subscription every month, and I’m seriously never without them. The flavor is so good — not too sweet, not too artificial, just really easy to drink. I actually look forward to mixing it in with my water during workouts or even just throughout the day. They dissolve well, no weird clumps, and they make staying hydrated way easier. I’ve tried other brands before, but I always end up coming back to this one. Definitely worth keeping on subscription!

This taste good, typeshi. I’m obsessed now. This is a mental energy rather than a body performance energy. I take it with 100% creatine monohydrate.. next time I’ll take it without and maybe I’ll like it even more. Cuz this makes me sleepy for some reason. Maybe I shouldn’t wait 30 min for it to kick in and just start exercising right away. Cuz I have read online and felt the energy in 10ish minutes. Btw it’s 30servings.

Taste ok, but I feel like it doesn’t give me the effect I was wanting taking pre-workout. Other workouts makes me feel like my energy is up to par, this is it’s strong as the others.
