This thing's great. Mine shipped from Spain (to Ireland, might be different for the UK), took about a week to arrive. It's good quality, not huge, but more than adequate. Disassembles for easy cleaning. The thermometer is a nice touch. A great way to turn meat scraps into deli meats at home.

How did I manage without one for so long? You're only limited by your imagination. Diced chicken, minced beef & pork, mixed par-cooked vegetables bound with egg & breadcrumbs. All seasoned to ones liking. You can even line the outside with bacon for additional succulence. Very useful.

J'adore, les possibilités sont multiples, tester pour faire un jambon de dinde, délicieux ! Se nettoie facilement (inox) le thermomètre peut également servir à part ! Pour toutes ceux qui souhaitent faire plus de choses maison et qui on du temps ! (La cuisson est longue mais au final ça vaut le coup)

troppo bello! La carne viene ottima, noi abbiamo accorciato i tempi e viene ancora meglio, spesso usiamo i pezzi interi ( collo, spalla, fesa) e non tagliate a pezzi. 48h di marinatura e viene ottimo. l'ascia possibilita di mangiare senza nessun conservane! ora lo proveremo con il polipo!! ottimo acquisto.
