Works as described
It certainly keeps my elbow straight at night which is what my OT recommended for nerve pain. Well designed and sturdy, should last forever. I found it difficult to sleep with both metal inserts. Removed the one on outside of arm, it still works, but somehow not as uncomfortable. Takes getting used to. I am petite and it seems pretty big for my short arm, but it does the job. I would buy it again.

Exactly What I Needed for Cubital Tunnel Relief!
I bought this elbow brace because I was struggling with numbness and tingling in my fingers at night from cubital tunnel syndrome. This brace has been a total game-changer. It keeps my elbow comfortably straight without feeling too stiff or bulky, and the padding inside is soft enough to sleep with all night. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit (I'm a bigger guy and it still fits fine), but it's not so tight that it cuts off circulation. After just a few nights, I noticed a big improvement — less numbness, less pain, and better sleep overall. It’s lightweight, breathable, and well-made, not hot or sweaty even in warmer weather. Great support works well and easy to use. If you’re dealing with ulnar nerve issues, especially at night, I highly recommend giving this a try. Definitely worth it!

Works, but not exactly what I'm looking for
This is a well-designed product, but not quite right for what I was looking for. I've developed early cubital tunnel syndrome where I wake almost nightly with my 3rd, 4th, and 5th fingers completely numb. It only happens when I sleep on my back with my elbows flexed (like with my arms folded across my chest like a sleeping vampire). The persistent pressure on my elbows, at that particular angle, and even against the soft mattress, compresses the tunnel and either cuts off circulation to the ulnar nerve or compresses the nerve itself. Once I wake, I can shake it alive again within a few minutes. But it disrupts my sleep and theoretically could permanently damage the nerve if I do this repeatedly for years. I'm perseverating on my exact problem because it may help others to pick the right product. This product WORKS, but is not particularly comfortable. This brace is well made and adjustable. It breaths so I do not wake up sweaty and sticky underneath. The metal rods within the sleeves keep my arms almost perfectly straight all night, and stop me from achieving the inciting position. But since I can't bend my elbows, I can't scratch my face, can't adjust my pillow under my head, and can't hold my wife, as instead I can only paw at her like a zombie with non-bending outstretched arms. So if you have severe cubital tunnel syndrome with burning and numbness during the day, this may be the extreme solution you are looking for. But for early stages when one may still want a little more comfort and utility, I think I may try a soft elbow pad (like volleyball players wear) to see if that lets me bend my elbows more naturally while still protecting the cubital tunnel from being compressed in the back-sleeping position.

Works Well
Bought this to fix my “T-Rex arm” syndrome while sleeping, which was causing tingling numbness in my hand every morning. It has worked exactly as advertised. Be sure not to tighten it too much around your arm or you might create another problem—numbness from constricted blood flow. It can be worn fairly loosely and still works at keeping you from bending your arm too much when you’re asleep. After finding the right level of tightness, I now just slide my arm in and out of the sleeve without needed to readjust the Velcro straps each time. It’s well constructed and should last a lifetime with normal use.

Very comfortable
Fit great, feels nice, is not itchy! Started feeling relief right away with and with out the bars. Did not come with any care instructions, so I would hand wash and air dry when needed.
