This 12V USB Car Socket was a perfect fit for my vehicle, especially in the cubby where I installed it. Even though it required drilling a hole, the process was straightforward and the socket fit snugly, blending seamlessly with the rest of the interior. Its clean and modern design gave the cubby a polished look, making it seem like a factory-installed feature rather than an aftermarket addition. This socket comes with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port, providing excellent flexibility for charging multiple devices at the same time. Whether it's my phone, tablet, or another gadget, it handles everything efficiently. The built-in voltage meter is particularly handy for keeping an eye on my car's battery health, while the convenient power button lets me turn the socket off when it’s not in use, saving energy. Overall, it fits perfectly in my vehicle and has been a practical and reliable upgrade for daily use.

Quality seems good. I installed these to replace the 12V sockets in my 2021 Ford Ranger. I don't see using those 12V and was tired of adapters not working etc. These are slightly different color than the rest of the dash lights but I also like that I can turn them off completely when not in use. The covers might be annoying to some but can easily be removed. Had to do very minor trimming of the factory port these went in. Nice to have the voltage reading as well. I would advise some sort of inline fuse. I purchased different ones for my application. The ones they came with aren't the best quality.

Bought this to replace the standard 12volt receptacle for my boat. Works great for charging phones and other devices. Added bonus is it shows the battery voltage. Very easy to install and direct fit for the old one. Would recommend and would buy again.

This is a nice kit. I used this to retrofit my older vehicle with a built-in rapid charging port and it has been working as expected without any issues for several months. The device also has an on/off switch which can be helpful (depending on how you wired it) to prevent power drain. The outer part/face plate overlaps a bit, so if you had to carve your vehicle's plastic to make a spot for it, it covers a reasonable amount of edge to conceal. For installation, please keep in mind electrical safety (using fuses of the appropriate size, creating insulated and strong mechanical wire connections, and using the proper gauge of wire for the length circuit. You will likely benefit from having additional tools and parts depending on your intended use and desired configuration such as (a multi-meter, shrink wrap[heat gun/lighter], electrical connectors, fuse taps, soldering gun and solder). For me, a vehicle install (low humidity and high vibration) and a desire to keep fuses in a singular place, the fuse box, I removed in the in-line fuses that came with the kit and connected this via a fuse-tap to a circuit in my cabin fuse box that only has power when the vehicle is running (which prevents battery drain). On the other leg of the circuit, I connected this to a chassis bolt for grounding.

I purchased these to add USB charging ports to my boat. The units look nice and seem to function well. The port layout works well with multiple cords too. They’re a good value for the money. Installation was pretty straightforward, although it’s always a little unnerving drilling a big hole in a very visible area of an expensive vehicle! I took off one star on the review because I feel that the plastic cover should snap on tighter. I operate in a saltwater environment, so keeping water out of the USB ports is absolutely essential. The little plastic cover does seem to stay on, but I would feel a lot better if it snapped on securely instead of just loosely fitting over the top. My guess is that it will get looser over time and eventually fail to protect the ports, but so far it’s been okay.

These things are the best thing since sliced bread! I may have gotten a little carried away...... I put 2 in the truck, 3 on the boat, and 5 in the camper. I can jack in power ANYWHERE.......... and it's really nice to have the voltage display available so I know when I need to start something up to charge onboard batteries ! It only took a little rounding out of my OE equipment in the vehicle to replace cigarette lighter plug and the OE spade connectors plugged right on this. Easy switch!

This 12V USB outlet is solid and works perfectly on my zero-turn mower. Much more reliable than the OEM socket, and the USB-C port charges devices quickly. Easy to install and feels very sturdy — definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

Great replacement for my boat. Looks great and I love that it has the on/off button. The voltage is easy to see and the charge rate seems as good as a home charger. The leads were long and of good quality.
