It is a good product in terms of softness; the cord length is good. Heat retention is not there in this product; it will feel too hot after a while, and then I will have to turn it down to 0, and it will lose its heating. It would have been nice if it could retain the heat when the level is turned to zero; other than that, it's a good product for pain relief.

Cheap and low quality of wiring, as problem as some times work and some time not working. Vary bad experience as it wal replaced with defected onc and again defected piece wa dililverded..

Great product with 3 heat controls
I recently bought this electric heating pad and I’m very impressed with the quality for the price (₹599). The material is soft and comfortable on the skin, and the Velcro band makes it super easy to strap onto the back or chest without constantly adjusting. It has 3 heat modes, which is a great add-on to control the temperature as per comfort. The best part is it’s literally plug and play—no complicated setup, just plug it in and it’s ready to use. Perfect for quick relief after a long day. Definitely worth it!

Good product with 3 heat levels.
Good product. Warranty service is ok but can be improved. Vendor should bear courier expenses to handle defective product. I landed up paying twice. 250 total for item costing 599.00. needs serious thought by vendor. Why should customer suffer for a product that does not work under warranty?
