I had a knee replacement 4 months ago and recently finished up my PT sessions. Since I still want to keep trying to gain more degrees in my flexion, I bought this band to keep using like I was doing at PT. It’s great quality and feels very sturdy. It’s easy to use and I looked up some other stretches to do with it too to improve my overall flexibility. The band doesn’t stretch because its purpose is to allow your body to do the deep stretching.

My PT therapist gave me an exercise for my neck. She said I could use a sheet at home, and also told me I could buy the same strap I used at my PT session. It is inexpensive so I purchased. It is the same exact strap I used at my session, and it is working out fine for the exercise. The strap is long enough, approx 76 inches, plenty of support, it is very sturdy, the loops have plenty of room to hold on to, and I love the blue color. I just started my PT sessions and using this strap, so I can't comment if it's helping yet. So far, I do recommend.

This is a well‑made stretching strap with loops that are a good size and easy to use. The strap itself doesn’t stretch—it's firm—so your body does the actual stretching. It’s great for a wide range of stretching exercises, and the multiple loops along its length allow for different levels of stretch and make it suitable for people of various sizes. The strap is sturdy and of good quality. The label is placed right in the center. If you need to put your foot in that spot, one side of the strap ends up slightly shorter. Overall, it’s a very good strap.

Good, solid strap. Purchased for ACL recovery physical therapy at home. Product arrived on time as described a new condition. Quality material. Nice color. Material does not stretch, the strap is used to assist my body with stretching (which is exactly what I wanted).

Before my knee-replacement surgery, I watched a video of someone demonstrating exercises, and I thought "Oh.. I'll need a rope or something". I went to the local big box store looking for a child's jump rope. Thank heavens they didn't have any. Then an Associate showed me the aisle where they had all kinds of exercise straps, cords, and gizmos. I was overwhelmed. I think I bought something, then returned it the next day. I don't even remember what led me to this yoga strap on Amazon (possible the yummy pink color), but it was the best choice by a mile! I used it all through my knee recovery, for the exercises. I like that it has loops - for better traction than a rope or cord would give. It's unbreakable. At night I kept it looped over my headboard post so that I could grab and pull it to help me turn over to my side, or get up out of bed. (You're kinda limited in movement for a while after knee surgery). Suffice to say, this strap was, and is, beyond anything I imagined when I started shopping for an exercise tool. I very highly recommend it!

Perfect for doing my at-home physical therapy exercises and far less expensive than others. The stitching is strong and handles much pulling and tugging and the spacing on the loops and width of the strap are identical to the one I use at the physical therapy office. Added bonus—so many color choices! Be sure to note that this is not the elastic material that is required for some other therapy exercises so double check which type you need. The “stretching” noted in the name is for the exercise type not the material in the strap.
