Colorful and nice. about as big as a sheet of paper though. Otherwise, it is fairly noticeable and is currently posted on my dry erase board.

I work with young and older Autistic adult individuals, speaking and non verbal. Including this visual aid in my work space has been helpful in many situations as a prompted reminder to lower or adjust vocal volume in a helpful & positive way. Would recommend to anyone that needs help reminding others of how to use their voice. Note: The poster is small-medium in size , laminated, and thicker in paper quality. Visually it is very clear, colorful, and easy to read without being overly busy with design.
