My 11/12 year old loves this thing after being hesitant to learn

Out of the box missing parts. If my daughter was riding it she would be doing some disco moves down the hill. No customer support. I will not recommend this board to anyone.

Bought this for my 12 year old son for Christmas. After the second use the top layer started peeling. Not very happy and wouldn't recommend this board to anyone I know. He does like the ride, but the quality is garbage. Won't be buying another one of their snowboards..
