This tool is the next best thing to a massage. I have really bad neck pain and this tool is one of the only devices that makes my neck feel better.

I chose this one because others had reviews that the strap was too short. This one stretches all the way so I can extend my arms and tilt my head back for a perfect stretch. 5 stars!!

Long enough to fully stretch out your arms, but is super lightweight and not strong enough to actually stretch your neck. Could do the same thing with a jump rope.

Although the band feels good on the neck, the handles stretch waaaaaay too far making it impossible to hold steady and get the full force onto my neck…not the vets handle design if you want actual pressure on the neck for purvey cracking and stretching ( unless you have very long hands)
