Una stella si riferisce al servizio clienti e non al prodotto che rimane un ottimo accessorio!! Un mese fa ho smarrito una vite del Rig, ho mandato una mail all'indirizzo che ho trovato qui su Amazon, ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta! Ho scritto un'altra mail all'indirizzo sul sito della Smallrig, la risposta è stat veramente tempestiva, nella mail mostro l'articolo e la vite che ho smarrito, mi rispondono che a causa dei vari articoli hanno bisogno del codice prodotto, quindi controllo il sito smallrig ma non trovo questo articolo, a questo punto allego il codice prodotto che trovo qui su amazon ma niente da fare, a loto non risulta nessun articolo. Adesso mi ritrovo un prodotto che a causa di una vite non riesco ad utilizzare da un mese, volevo solo avvisare gli utenti di questa questa mia esperienza negativa con l'assistenza... AGGIORNAMENTO: siamo riusciti a risolvere il disguido perché a distanza di un anno avevo ancora la scatola del prodotto e con il dice a barre sono riusciti a risalare al prodotto. Qui sotto la recensione positiva del prodotto. Un accessorio ben fatto ed indispensabile per fare riprese a mano stabili potendo tenere montata la batteria v-lock ottenendo un rig molto compatto. lo consiglio vivamente!
