This is going to jack your forearms to another level. I love my Tornado. I do thousands of reps a day on it and have since I got it over a month ago. Oddly enough, it helps my shoulders stay strong, as well. Like a rehab on my bad shoulder. But your hands and forearms are going to get hit the hardest. I arm wrestle. so I am always working my hands and forearms. This is all of it in one. It is a bit heavy, but it is quality heft. It's easy to use and easy to adjust once you get the hang of it. You can adjust the levels to your level of comfort. Sometimes, I just use it to get blood into my hands and arms for recovery. Other times, I tighten it down and really work my muscles. I have used mine every day for over a month now, and I will continue to use it.

I only bought this to try to see if I could rehab my chronic carpal tunnel and tennis elbow pain on my right arm for the past 4 years. To skip the suspense, It worked... and for the first time in 4 years my elbow pain is gone, plus now my right hand grip is now equal to left hand grip. It took about 3 weeks of almost daily use to see the results, but after that, Ive used it every other day to keep my conditioning. I did have some discomfort the first 2 weeks as i believe my tendons and ligaments were in the process of tearing down and rebuilding. I will say however, the system is not without faults. I had to return the first one because of stripped threads, but thank God the replacement was normal. It's also a bit quirky in how it operates but I look for results and not perfection. So..yes It's expensive but honestly I'm just glad it worked me...I'll take this over surgery and pills any day.

Great arm workout, one of the gaskets broke right out of the box getting it set up, so I've only used it with one side fully working as expected. No one replied to my request to find a replacement gasket.

Buying this is a no brainer. Currently I am training to become a firefighter. Many of the tasks require excellent strength in the forearms. It is something I lacked in previously (I've always exercised playing soccer). I've been using this and I will say that using this has significantly improved my forearm strength and my arms do not tire out as quickly. It is also great to pair when working out at home or even the gym. In terms of reliablility, it is well built made of metal so no worries about cheap plastic equiptment breaking on you mid workout.

Got this as a Christmas present - not worth a fraction of what my wife paid for it. The plastic gasket stripped after 3 minutes of relatively normal use. It also gave off nasty metal shards that made for painful splinters in my hands (that I had to stop my workout and remove with tweezers.) Not easy to use - very herky-jerky; not easy to adjust - the inserts are pretty low quality. I really regret putting this on my wishlist. The $200 or so could've went to something much more useful.

I work in manufacturing for 30 years the quality of machining is exultant. The flaw is the foam pcs that goes in side. as you compress the foam to the shape of the ball it allow you max out the threads . to the inner part of the cylinder and not adding any resistance. I have a better way of a design the internal pcs. To make this a much better product. I haven't done much weight training in a few years and not a big muscle guy! the one reviewer that has a video with him doing the braking a stick looks very hard and a lot of resistance ! NOT FOR ME VERY EASY.

I am so happy to finally get a AMAZING forearm exerciser!!! Everything I bought before was a crap, and this thing is a game changer for me. After undergoing surgery, I needed a reliable tool to help rebuild strength in my forearm, and this forearm exerciser exceeded my expectations. It’s compact, easy to use, and provides just the right amount of resistance to challenge the muscles without overstraining them. Yo guys if you are looking for forearms exercises you have to buy it! You won’t go back to rubber scam never again!!!! NOTE:I initially thought the Tornado was broken due to the plastic gasket, but it turned out i had to remove them before use. The customer support team provided lightning-fast assistance, helping me reassemble the tool correctly. Since then, it's been working smoothly. So don't panic hahah

Product has amazing potential but mine broke within first 5 minutes of using it. I followed the instructions exactly. The piece that broke is the small black plastic piece that goes between the handle and the middle part. I also noticed that the knurling was deeper on one handle compared to the other. Product would’ve been awesome if the black piece didn’t break. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to see how long the friction pants would last. When I looked on their website, they don’t offer a replacement for the black plastic pieces either.
