Great product A bit tricky if you want to use it for data collection but for it's price it's great

Works very well! We use it in our Food Pantry to scan client shopper cards when we have a long line, then upload the scans to our computer. We had one issue that Tera resolved quickly: The scanner is apparently easy to switch from WiFi to Bluetooth if you happen to hold the trigger for about 8 seconds. Tera sent me a code to lock out that function and we haven't had a problem with that since. However, it would have been nice if that code was in their manual. The other thing I wish it had is a way to lock the settings on the screen so that inexperienced or curious users cannot accidently make unwanted changes (Tera indicated the would look into that option). Overall, I recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

This is a nice scanner and has some nice features that many other scanners do not have, including: -Charging base. -Optional loud beep on scan. -Optional vibration on scan. -Displays scanned data on front screen. -Easy setup via QR codes. This is a nice upgrade from the standard cheap scanners. If you find yourself doing a lot of scanning, it's worth it.

At work we are always running out of handheld scanners, so I thought about making my DIY scanner using my phone, buying this scanner and using our scanners app on my phone, thanks it is a web app and I am a nerd. The beam on this scanner is a line, not a dot or a round spot. I like the line though, I can see what it is scanning. The accuracy, however, is not the greatest. It sometimes seem to register the barcode when the line is above or below it. So, it works well, I've seen other scanners do the same. It is very durable, I have dropped it a few times and it doesn't have a scratch. It connects to my phone well, and I can continue my work when there are no scanners unused. IT doesn't like what I did, but I love it and my boss is OK, too, after all, the company didn't pay for this, so don't complain I fixed your inefficiency.

LOVE THIS SCANNER!! Had to scan in 900 new inventory items and corp wanted me to enter the item numbers by hand. No thank you so I bought this bar code scanner. It works about 90% of the time reading bar codes through a plastic bag. When it doesn't, must readjust the bag, wiggle it, or change angle aim. Has a nice time delay auto-off function in case I forget to turn it off. Would absolutely buy another one of these and have recommended it to others.

no complaints. works as it should. keep the book around for programming. the programming codes i use the most are continuous vs trigger, fast and slow read, and never sleep. if it goes completely dead, so dead it wont remember these settings, its nice to have the book around. it has been dropped a few times from 5 feet onto concrete, and has been fine, no problems at all.

Simple to use, & works great in both BT and wired mode. Great for inventory as it stores scans which you can then batch upload.

This is a great scanner. Money well spent.

These scanners are fantastic. A fraction of the price of the scanners that we were replacing. We have used several for over a year in a business environment. They work pretty much flawlessly. They scan very well even through plastic. The range on them is great allowing us to scan a serial number from one end of the store to the other.
