This is not the health and safety test book that you think it is!… completely misleading, and a waste of money if that’s what you’re looking for

Full of errors! Not just typos, but errors in content. I stopped counting and sent it back. Luckily, there is better CSCS exam preparation books on the market

This was a very good book for me because it helped me pass my exam. It has a lot of good information in it and test questions. I really liked the illustrations on the pages and it really helped me out to be able to do good with my quizzes.

National strength and conditioning has a text book for reference and some of the questions asked- you would not find an answer to some of them in the text….

This workbook is one of the best my professors told me about and I’m glad I got it too I’ll be ahead of my class this fall can’t wait for this class to begin

This book is one of many resources I am using to study for the CSCS exam. Some questions are challenging and thought provoking, but the test has a few mistakes. This may be to keep others from copying their work, but it is frustrating when a question or answer is plain wrong. Use it as a resource, but not as an only means to study.
