Works, but pin is soft for my application.
Bought this to replace another one I had in a spare tire rack but the pin bent. This one worked fine for about a year but did not handle the shock load of the swing out catch over repeated closures. Would order this again even though its life span was less than expected, I liked the T handle shape.
