Anti Escape System for Children Car Seat Safety

Such a simple idea but it works! My two year old figured out how to open the buckle of his very experience rear facing seat. Obviously this was terrifying and meant one of use had to travel in the back seat for every journey, tried distracting him, covering it with a blanket, giving him food/toys, letting him watch videos....nothing worked until I tried this. It’s expensive for what it is but an absolute bargain for what it does!!! He hasn’t tried to open his buckle once since I bought this!!! Gives fantastic peace of mind. Two biggest tips: buy this as soon as your child figures out how to open the buckle! My son was only doing it for a few days, we just avoided trips while waiting for this to arrive and I feel like he kinda forgot the excitement of opening it once the buckle upp was attached, but if he had been opening it for weeks/months, this might not have done the trick. Also, distract him when you are securing the buckle upp or they might figure out how to open the Velcro! Would definitely recommend

DD used to escape from her car seat on a regular basis as she could undo the buckle. This has been a real winner and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of buying one or who has the same issue. None of my other children had ever done this so I was at a loss as to what I could do to remedy this problem. I was worried about being able to release her in an emergency etc, but it is easy to remove once the straps are loosened, and if it was an emergency that required the services, they would just cut the straps anyway. It's not cheap, but worth every penny to know that your child is not longer able to undo their buckle...….! The rest goes without saying!

Child can undo it. My 2 year old could very easily undo this by just pulling at it.. the Velcro fastening isn’t strong enough after a couple of days of undoing it my 2 year old very easily took it off by just pulling at it. Very expensive for what it is. If your children are escape artist like mine nothing contains them as they can undo anything. Due to safety car seats are too easy for children to escape I’ve tried everything and in the end we had to resort to constantly just stopping and fastening them back in until they gave up. Exhausting to say the least.

My son is autistic and he figured out how to unbuckle himself very quickly and would never sit still. The number of close calls I had before I found and purchased this godsend is a contraption. I purchased this over two years ago, but unfortunately my child has grown and figured out how to undo it. I now must find something else. Perhaps a straight jacket.

This is such a great idea easy to put in but my clever cloggs toddler was able to undo this straight away and threw it to one side and was out of the car seat in 1min. If toddler is can work things out this won't work 😆

I’ve never written a review for anything before but had to with this. My 17 month old son worked out how to undo his seatbelt making every journey a complete nightmare not to mention really dangerous. So I bought this product despite safety advice and some reviews saying it didn’t work as I was desperate and would have tried anything. This has worked 100% for us. He has never undone or even tried to undo the buckle again. There is no way he can undo the Velcro as it’s behind the buckle which is tight against his tummy so reviewers who say this, mustn’t be using the product correctly. If he worked it out and tried really hard he may be able to press through the material but if he ever does that I thought I would just place a piece of cardboard behind the material to stop this. I can also easily free him once I’ve lengthened the straps to get him out. Anyway a brilliant product with my money well spent! 👍

I did not think this product would stop my 2 year old from opening her seat buckle when we where in the car. I had to give it a go as there was not really any other options. I was unsure because the price was rather high for the simplicity of the design, but when it comes to safety in the car I would try anything. And I have to say IT WORKS!! So well, such a simple design but so effective. I'm so glad I bought it.

Although it is an expensive item for what you get it works, so it’s worth it’s weight in gold. My 2 yr old can unclip his car seat harness by himself, which is so scary when he does it while we’re on the move. I needed something to stop him pushing the button, and this is it! I’ve teamed it up with one of those extra straps that stop kids freeing their arms from the seat, but I needed this, and there’s so few things like this out there. Simply put, well worth it!
