Unscrupulous suppliers spoiling Amazon's brand credibility and image by delivering used products
The item was received in a repacked condition using cling wrap without original packing, warranty card, instruction booklet and documentation. On removing the cling wrap, the item was visibly apparent as a used item with a faded control panel and defective air delivery louver. Unscrupulous suppliers are spoiling Amazon's brand credibility and market reputation by resorting to unethical practices by delivering defective and used products. Amazon needs to take note if it wishes to achieve customer retention and repeat buy targets.
