I hesitated for months about purchasing a sectional online and considered several on Amazon, but kept coming back to this one, based on features, reviews, and price. My only regret is that I waited so long to order it! I was concerned about quality, comfort, and how it would look in our space. However, this modular seating has exceeded expectations in every way, and I'm grateful to all of those who gave great reviews, providing details. All 9 boxes arrived within a couple of days, with no damage. It wasn't difficult to set up and we love how versatile it is, with the variety of ways it can be configured. It's so comfortable, as the cushions are firm to provide support so you don't sink into it, which is important for those with back issues. The fabric is so soft, yet durable and the blue color is fabulous! This sectional is sturdy and seats several adults comfortably. There are a couple of things that set this choice apart from others that I considered, and one is the abundance of storage in each seat and ottoman, without the need for tabs to open them, like other brands use. Incidentally, the hinges inside the storage areas are heavy duty and seem like they would be safe around supervised children, as they stay open on their own, so less need to worry about them slamming down. The other wonderful and practical feature is how the backs of the seats recline! This makes the seating even more comfortable. I also should mention that the wide armrests really do add to the practicality, as a place to put your phone, drink, or remote. We absolutely love this sectional and I really can't think of anything that disappointed me about it or that I would change.

If you're looking for a great sofa with incredible storage utility, easy assembly and comfort at an affordable price, look no further. Like many other buyers here, I was a bit hesitant to purchase a sofa online without sitting on it first - but the 5-star reviews you read here are telling the truth. I've had this sectional for about a month now, and for the price, it's incredibly hard to beat what you're getting with this sectional. The modularity offers incredible freedom and customization (as well as ease of installation - you won't have any trouble fitting assembling this in smaller rooms, which is exactly why I bought it), the (manual) reclining feature and storage in each section are nice value adds, the instructions are clear, and most importantly, the sectional looks and feels fantastic. It came in about 9 medium-large boxes (so make space), and instructions/necessary tools were included in each box. Initially, 8 boxes arrived, so I inquired to customer service the status of the last one. They responded to me in a <24 hour turnaround, and even followed up after the last box was delivered. Some important things to note (and they ultimately boil down to preference): The pillows/cushions are firm initially. They have softened a bit over a month of use, but you might be surprised at how firm they initially are. Also, the backrests (the parts that recline) do sit rather low, so unless you're positioning it against a wall where you can prop another pillow for neck support, be aware that the top of the back cushion sits much higher than the top of the back rest. Also, the armrests do not fold/recline like the backrests do - but you can purchase individual components in the Belffin store to suit your needs. Overall, I was looking for a fully modular sectional for a compact space, and this piece fits my needs perfectly. I have no regrets, and if you're shopping for something similar, you'd be hard pressed to find something better than this.

Purchased a 5 pc. Received it in 3/27. It was super easy to assemble. I got the “dark gray” color is more like a blue gray/denim. Couch is comfortable, and I doubted it with storage. But seriously, I’ve slept on it and I have a bad back it was comfortable. The material is like soft linen. I gave it a 4 because I wish the back rest was up higher and the fabric is weak. I have cats, dog and children and in less than a month the cats have made it look like it’s older than a month. I have now purchased covers and anti scratching stuff in hopes I can keep it looking nice for at least a year. I’m also only 5’3, my husband and oldest are over 6’ so them sitting in it… I probably should have got a wider couch with a higher back. But I do like the couch, but I think with such weak fabric the price should be lower.

At first, I didn’t believe many of the 5-star reviews as it was rated so highly -but they are all true! The cushion is firm and comfortable, great construction, and the fabric is very nice. It takes nothing to assemble, and I can tell you I am uncoordinated 😊 -I assembled in about 1.5 hours. I would order the biggest size you can afford -the reason is that it is totally flexible, and this gives many many options. (One minor note on that is that with the U-or L shaped configuration- the outside corner arm is different than a separate arm you might order -its longer which makes sense). One other big thing you might forget about which this sectional offers -bringing it into your place. Almost all places have stairs, floors, etc. If you order some other product it might not even fit while you try to bring up to your space! This product eliminates all that -it comes in separate boxes that you can easily bring upstairs and assemble. Very happy!

Look wise this is great, neat and clean held up so far with 2 months usage and see it will hold for long. Assembly was simple too. Just the seat is not deep enough for even 5'2" ppl to fold legs and have a comfy posture. With back rest tilted and ottoman placed in front of the seat they are comfortable enough. For formal sitting posture there is not enough support for lower back and I noticed friends who sat on shifted constantly to get comfortable. Price is great and storages are pros. This can be for informal living area, basement for mostly watching movie and a good staging furniture. To clean under will be another task, there are 7 legs under one seat with one armrest and one back rest.

This couch is great. I was so worried about buying a new couch without sitting in it. So glad we went with it. It is essential same functionality (but better with the storage) as the lovesack, but with a much better price point. For $2000 we got a huge couch with extra pieces. I made a quasi-U shape. Super easy to interlock them with the black bars (wish they would sell them, but customer service sent me extras upon request). There were some pulls on one of my otomons so customer service sent me another. They stand behind their product. Super simple delivery and boxes are easy to move around with 2 people and even I was able to do the single 50lb boxes by myself. Assembly took a few hours for all of the pieces I got, but it is not difficult. Instructions were easy enough to follow. The storage in the couch is a game changer. Blankets, pillows, even my wife's crocheting supplies are stored in there. So happy.
