I love Hylands and this product is no exception. My kids don't oppose the flavor-- it isn't fantastic but isn't too off-putting either. It does quiet-- but not totally eliminate coughing which is my preference since coughing can be a good thing when needed. I love that it has immune boosters to help them get over whatever they happen to be fighting at the time. My one downside is I prefer medications to be given by weight instead of by age. My kids are small for their age and I don't like to give to much. For this medicine, kids 1-3 get 5ml and 4+ get 10ml.

I like the fact that it actually works and it’s organic

My kids love the taste of this Hylands Cough & immune. It has a light honey flavor but it's like pure sugar syrup. This differs from others in that there is no bitter taste being disguised. I don't know if it's super effective for cough but it does seem to help the kids calm down and rest. To be honest, we haven't found anything amazing for cough. Kids love this so that is a plus
