I have 4 of these and just bought number 5. I purchased my last one used and have had no problems so I’m going used again. These cameras and the Logitech doorbell are a perfect fit with the Apple ecosystem. They are a major upgrade over the Arlo cameras we had previously. I think the bad reviews come from users with weak WiFi. Your $99 router won’t cut it, especially if you are placing cameras outside. I had mixed results with my previous router, which I finally had to admit was past its prime and needed replacement. Since upgrading the router (Orbi mesh), the cameras and doorbell have been flawless. If you’re a committed Apple user (especially if you have a higher tier iCloud account for storage), have your WiFi in order, and don’t mind running some extension cords for power, these are the cameras to get.

After merely 8 months, this so-called "high-end" camera ceased to function entirely. **Lack of Durability:** For a device marketed for home security, its lifespan was shockingly short, undermining any trust one might have in its capabilities. **Customer Service Nightmare:** Logitech's helpdesk acknowledged the camera was beyond repair, yet they astonishingly declined to replace it. Their customer service didn't just disappoint; it was outright infuriating. **Overpriced and Underwhelming:** The camera's build quality didn't meet expectations, especially for its price tag. Smart home integration was a nice touch, but it's meaningless when the product fails prematurely. **Conclusion:** Steer clear of the Logitech Circle View Camera. It's not just a waste of money; it's an exercise in frustration. If you're after reliable home security, look elsewhere - this camera isn't it.

Nice security cameras for the money. We have previously had 3 of the Logitech Circle Cameras, and added a 4th. We use the wired version, so not familiar with the battery models. High quality and waterproof. Allows you to position as needed for proper coverage. Sound and mic quality are very good. Need good quality WiFi connection. Great to be able to have motion activated and recording. Wish the video quality was better. Still a great security option at a good value.

This product from Logitech is great and really easy to restore. For me, it didn’t work out because I have to place it from inside my home and the camera didn’t work well with glass in its way. The only way I would know that is by purchasing it. Thanks to the seller for making refurbished models available! Next place I live at, I’ll drill a hole for its cable.

⭐️ This camera's night vision is too poor to fulfill its primary purpose as a security camera. Despite my initial enthusiasm, it failed to perform in low light conditions. I included three pictures for comparison: the Logitech camera in the evening, the Logitech camera at midnight with full IR night vision, and a $25 Wyze camera at midnight, all mounted at the same height and distance. For reference, the cameras were mounted about 15 feet high, with the tree line 12 feet away. I also tested another model of the same camera and encountered identical issues, indicating a design flaw rather than a defective unit. There are several positives of the Logitech camera: a 180-degree view, sturdy metal bracket, good build quality, attractive design, and compatibility with Apple HomeKit. However, Apple HomeKit restricts the resolution to 1080p and I noted it failed to detect people or motion. These shortcomings are attributed to Apple HomeKit, not Logitech.

I thought this would be a simple plug in and connect to an app to use, but it’s not that simple and sadly I am returning this as it is unusable without having another device (explained below). First off, mine already looked open and used because it was dirty. Second, it does have a nice quality live stream but it does not record unless you connect it to a Home Hub (no explanation was provided of what this is) via an Apple TV or Home Pod (and what is this??). I had to do some internet digging to figure out what this was about. This was not in the description of the product which is crucial to know! I don’t want to spend another $100 on a Home Pod and I don’t have an Apple TV. I am sad that the old model is discontinued since I loved that one before - it worked well and did not require a subscription to record and save videos.

Drops out, does not record. Nice quality- when it works.. Which is usually only a few days after you reset it.. again and again and again. Temperature up? Doesn't work. Temperature down? Doesn't work. I like the product build quality, and view when it works. Poor value. Almost no support.
