Not at all what I was expecting
I was expecting something with a little weight to it. This is hollow plastic. It moves around if you’re not standing on it. Certainly not worth what I paid for it.

Arrived damage (not damaged during shipping)
Mine arrived damaged. I ordered 2, one was fine and the shipping box was also fine so this one was packed up damaged (they were stacked together so no way this one could have been damaged and the other one wasn’t). Disappointing because this has potential. The damaged spot affects the bottom lip, which is what sits on my pool liner. So even if structurally it is ok, I now have a rough broken edge on my pool liner, potentially damaging it. Also, just to be clear, the website says 26 inches wide, but the step is actually only 24 inches and then with the outer lip it still measured just under 26 inches. For most people this may have been fine, but with the purpose I bought them for, it was a major problem. Disappointing to say the least.

Great for Elderly
It works really well for our elderly pool guests.

It's ok.
The step had no-slip textured strips attached. Clearly they were done by someone other than the manufacturer. The strips were crooked and not uniformly attached. It has a very unprofessional look about it. The step material does sink to the pool bottom well. It is significantly shorter than the step I used in water physical therapy.

Poor choice for exercise step
Poor design - wobbles while in use, traps air. Poor workmanship - no-slip strips to long for step.
